The Operations team at Swiss Chalet is designed to provide support to our Franchisees from store opening and beyond.  


Store Opening Crew - Prior to opening, CARA will send a store opening crew to a new Franchisees restaurant to help in training the new staff and get the store ready for opening.  This is a crucial step in preparing the store and staff for opening day and delivering the Perfect Guest Experience, every time.  The team will also remain in store for a period after the opening to ensure that the Franchisee has the support and knowledge required for success.


Area Manager - Area managers are responsible for Guest Experience leadership and the successful management of a multi-unit restaurant area. An Area Manager will be assigned to your restaurant and will provide advice, support, and guidance for a new Franchisee as they get started.  This support doesn’t end with the store opening, Franchisees can expect regular visits from their Area Manager to ensure that their stores are running successfully and will provide continued direction and assistance as required.
